No, Obviously not. It's described as a Micromaster dlx on the reissue boxes but that's plainly as pish as the toys inside.
The Landcross reissue isn't great quality kids!

Shall we put it another way?
Has Hasbro ever spouted complete b0!!0cks about anything else?

No, never
But surely Hasbro get to define what a Micromaster is!

Originally he wasn't and I'll never see him as one but if Hasbro re-issued him as a 'deluxe Micromaster' then I guess he is officially. But I'll still vote no, I think.

The instability of the sub-prime mortgage market counts as 'unprecedented destruction'? I had no idea. -Nick Nick predicted the great financial crisis before it happened!!! -Ralph

Good Lord! So I did!
That was a long time ago.....
I still have that MP Megatron....

I did likewise. Back when £70 was a silly amount of money to spend on a toy...

My first thought reading the title (forgetting I had started it) was £250 for the Platinum! Some one has gone mad.
The happy ending to the story was that I wound up winning a second giftset that was missing its hat, but arguabley had a better box. I sold that set with the hat from mine a year later for almost enough to cover both Liokaisers.
Then after a few years or hatlessness I found a (I assume) Metamorphs KO Liokaiser hat at my local carboot sale for 10 or 20p.
Now Liokaiser has a snuggly warm head again.

Also, holy crap £70 for MP Megatron. Mine wound up costing about twice that much for some reason.

I'm pretty sure mine was over a hundred, but I was using a London import shop at the time that put on a fair markup. I think. 2007. Blimey. Ten years.

In 2017, deluxes hit £25. What were they in 2007? I think they were still a tenner then.

Anything Late 80s/Early 90s Japanese is an obscene amount of money.
I'm fortunate enough to have a Korean Sky Garry from Karl. But I'd love reissue Star Saber/Victory Leo/Leokaiser/Deathsaurus

Having bought Deszaras in the last year.. I would NOT recommend getting into the Japanese lines at all, to anyone, ever.

Oh I don't really mean Japanese G1. I mean G1 generally. Getting a G1 toy I haven't had before is much more of a thrill than a new generations figure. Dezzeh, you're in that line aren't you? Have you got that Shockwave you were missing now? You're complete on the first three years aren't you?

Hah, they were a couple of my spares that I sold to Dan. We were playing with them in the pub yesterday.
And yeah, I miss having new G1 moulds to experience. I think it's just Dai Atlas and pals Big Powered I haven't laid hands on yet.

Not yet, I keep hovering over eBay's but haven't quite gone for it yet. if I can successfully scale back the 3p stuff this year then I think it will happen. Just need Shockwave for 'cons, but I forget about Roadbuster and Whirl for the 'bots like some kind of idiot. All 3 are doable though!

I think that's the kind of target I need to pay more attention to. I don't think I added any G1 to my collection last year, but the ones I have in recent years - finding the missing bits, giving them a good scrub and redoing the stickers - has been huge fun.
