Theyre from a KO I got around 2007. It was available in a couple of colours I think. Came on a giant cardback.
Its a really odd set. The Drill tank is almost original quality. Leozak was bright orange and came with a helmet that looked nothing like Liokaisers. It is the sort of thing Poundland used to sell. Everything else is somewhere in between. Luckily the arms are pretty decent and compatible with the originals.
I should cover the decepticon symbols though.

Man looking back at the start of this thread is wild. You'd kill to get a £250 Liokaiser - the individual limbs go for more than that these days. What a great investment. Blimey. I still have (somewhere) a loose, accessoryless Leozack I picked up at a random toy fair for a couple quid. Not getting rid of that now!

So this is up on ebay. I think its a KO rather than a test shot but I am willing to be persuaded otherwise. What do you think? www.ebay.co.uk/itm/196421651310Huh. I guess the consensus is its legit. £343.33.

I'm calling KO on that - the Motivators/Brainmasters were heavily KO'd around the early-mid 1990s across parts of Europe and the colour scheme/plastics (along with the sticker applications) look very similar to a Road Caesar KO I picked up in Malta around that time. Infact, the aqua colour is pretty much identical to the plastics used on Roader and the accessories.

My hope is that it will have gone to someone reliable who knows their stuff and can assess how legit it is, and who will then share that with the fandom at large, but I guess the most likely scenario is we'll never hear of this ever again

Yeah, the stickers made me think KO. The panel with copyright stamp could have easily been a part swap from a legit one.

If I was to be incredibly cynical I would say that the timing of the sale so soon after Andy Couzens death is .... unfortunate.

The panel with copyright stamp could have easily been a part swap from a legit one. there are lots of KOs with copyright stamps though. would a test shot have had a copyright stamp? not my area of expertise but i wouldn't bet on it. i think this is a KO, and i think the person who paid nearly 350 quid for it might have been done like a kipper. but i would be happy to be wrong about that. i would have gone to 20 quid on it!
