You misunderstand me: I had the "WE HAVE YOUR PARCEL" emails from DPD nd got the toys yesterday, just no dispatch email from kapow/

a quick survey does suggest it's those with btinternet emails who are affected.

Yeah, I had a dispatch notice email through Hotmail. So that would back you up.

Has anyone who ordered the POTP wave 1 set from Kapow got a dispatch note for what's arrived yet?

They said they'd send the Primemasters, Legends, Deluxe and Voyagers when they arrived and they've now arrived but I've not had anything yet.

I can't email them to find out what's what as there's something in their email addresses which doesn't like BTInternet, and won't have got a dispatch email for the same reasons. I only know I've got something coming when I get the DPD email.

I am in same boat as you, and have heard nothing. I am hotmail for email address.

I can only hope that us All-in folk are beig kept til the end, since those that preordered the various size classes individually paid comparatively more and are getting sorted first.

I'm no fan of Kapow's customer service and I've said that many times, but I doubt there's a problem here. They'll be overwhelmed trying to get orders out. It's also the weekend so dpd probably aren't updating deliveries. I'm sure it'll all be okay in a day or two.

A more important issue is that Kapow seem unwilling to address the btinternet problem. It sounds like BT have blacklisted their mail server for some reason, perhaps it was hijacked and used by a spammer, but to have customers unable to receive emails?! Fundamental problem.

Email from Kapow with Royal Mail tracking number (I can't get free shipping as I'm in NI).

I think I will start with Deluxe dinobots......

Tracking number sent on Monday. Checks Royal Mail- sender has indicated your item will be with us soon......

So best case scenario- it gets picked up on Thurs 7th and I get it on Saturday. More likely next week. Gotta love that 48hr delivery......

I don't seem to be getting order confirmations or dispatches anymore. I know they're doing dispatch mails, Llamagod got one to say his Hot Rod. All I got was the tracking email, and that's from DPD. I can see invoices, but they're from Paypal. Nothing for the thing I ordered today, but I can see the order in my orders on the site so I know it's gone through.

I know others have had issues and I'm wondering if it's an ISP thing.

That’s interesting. I remember them posting about the Richthofen re-release issues and they didn’t sound impressed at all.

From a business perspective I guess it makes sense. I wonder if it’s more them not getting the support. If I buy a duff toy my immediate reaction would be to get Kapow to replace it. If they’re being left high and dry then you could understand Kapow cutting ties.

As is being said, it’ll be interesting to see who they keep and who they ditch.

This isn't the first time they've done this. It was a storm in a teacup last time. I have noticed that they've widened the lines they take recently, notably stuff like SH Figuarts, so this could be part of an attempt to become more 'legit' in the marketplace.
