I'm not sure I've ever read the fret post in this thread before. If I had I would have corrected the departed Zudobug: Sally Ann Triplett was in Crackerjack not Tiswas en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sally_Ann_TriplettThe music event of the year is upon us once again. The UK's entry this year isn't too spectacular so I thought I'd delve into the archives of Britain's entries in the ESC. We won it in 1981 with Bucks Fizz and bit of skirt removing but how did we try and top it the following year? Simple. We get a TISWAS presenter to show us her knickers! |

I usually enjoy Eurovision and make a point of watching but 3 3/4 hours felt like too much tonight. Been a hard week. I'm watching Tom Hanks in News of the World on Netflix instead.

It was a really good show. The UK guy was the worst singer but it wasn't the worst song so 0 points was harsh. Italy will be lucky if they don't find Royal Blood's lawyers knocking on their door. I liked Switzerland and Iceland. I looked up the Iceland song that never was from last year and it was, indeed, great: youtu.be/1HU7ocv3S2o |
