For all your knockoff discussion needs visit Knockoffs & Poundland Specials threadThis week in Poundland, I found 2/3 scale multi-coloured Constructicon 3-packs with no accessories bar the occasional gun. Also a 3-pack of Legends of Cybertron Jetfire (I think), Scourge and a dinky version of pteranodon-chappie. Also also jumbo versions of LoC Optimus Prime and Soundwave. A mixed bag. -Nick

Restock of Legends today. Also KO Dreadwind and Darkwing. Really crappy affairs its the one with the legs just sticking out the back. I first saw them 11 years ago though they were oversized. Darkwing comes with a powermaster. Its legs dont move. Dreadwind doesn't get one. Odd.

Some fine tat in Poundland Clydebank on Sunday. First up we had generic transforming robots BUT they were in packaging identical to Transformer Classics basic packs except that they were called 'The Changeable Robot'. Ooooo.
Next up were the 'Earth Armed Escort: Superduty Hero' toys, oversized knock-offs of Cybertron legends toys. Groovy.
Last but not least was the Dreadwind knock-off, or the 'Air Craft Transformable' if you prefer (in a logo strangely similar in typeface to the TF BM logo). Of interest was an 'also in the range' picture of what looked like a Galaxy Shuttle knock-off. Haruuuuuuuuuuummmmmmm.

Went into Poundland on Union St. today, and they had absolutely no transforming robot toys.
However i did buy some coconut mushrooms, so the trip wasn't an entire waste.

It's already a foregone conclusion, I've also got the Missus scouring her local Poundland near her work.

I've actually got her there now, whilst the shopping centre is closed. I hope she doesn't get pinched, i really fancy those KO constructicons.

Woah! I didnt realise that the colours were all mixed colours my store had all the same sets. Really the two pack figures though not real transformers are quite good. I also love the expression on Hotshots face.

Will need to check the local pound shops around me, as I need a replacement Mixmaster knock off, as the cab on my hong kong knock off version broke far to easilywhile dismantling it. Doubtful I will find one, as Kilmarnock Poundland never has any knock off, or any kind of transforming robots when I go in.

These are mini versions, between minicon and spychanger size. So they might not be a good fit.

Saw these today.
They had the Legends on 2 different backing cards in a variety of colours: The Yellow Prime, Yellow Hotshot, Blue Thundercracker and several odd versions of Vector Prime and Soundwave

Poundland currently has a range of Armada Primes with various attachments for the truck mode. Bin truck, tow truck etc.
Scaled down to about a basic size. I dont want to buy one in case its based on the leader class version. It would make me unhappy.

Sounds like anywhere outside of Bristol gets all the cool KO stuff from what I can see or have not. Unless Stomski has spotted any gems I have missed...

would poundland be the same as 99p store??
(and don't be a fool and point out the difference in price their respected names)
just asking about the cheapness of it all?

would poundland be the same as 99p store?? Fairly similar. They tend to crop up in places where the local economy is a bit iffy, to totally shot. (Hence we have one in Falkirk). Karl

My cousin used to work in a pound shop. She got fed up with people asking the price of things.

They've also been released individually - I had them from my local post office a while back.
