Bullring Poundland has stacks of KO (of course) oversized Micromsters, in multiple colours. I dare not think how quickly they will fall apart in Ralphs hands but they look great. Oh and 2 to a pack.

Saw two sets of KOs today - some oversized Legends including a nice Sunstorm and an Oversized Minicon Overcast with a similar sized helicopter based on the same mould.

I bought a couple of Alien Terminator things yesterday. They were KO's of Legends Leobreaker and Scourge. Both were 99p each. I saw these on Holiday - had some KO minicons on the back too. Finally saw the oversized minicon KOs in a £shop in Barnstaple while away this week - Supressor & Brimstone at about basic size

The Poundshop near me has received more oversized spychanger KOs. There were two variant packs - the first contained an oversized RiD Crosswise with a space shuttle, while the second had Crosswise with a helicoptor (no idea who it was, but it was definitely not Cyberton Jolt).

Very cheap but nice looking 2 packs or arielbots in Poundland. More or less G1 colours, original size. Likely to melt in sunlight.

I saw those too! No Silverbolt, so no combinery goodness. The backs of the cards promised giant Terrorcons, Technobots, Requiem Blaster and Skyboom Shield, but I didn't see any I wouldn't mind a giant Requiem Blaster or Skyboom, that'd be sweet.

Oooh. I've never had any Aerialbots. I must keep an eye out for these.
I encountered two batches of knock-offs during a trip to Worthing on Friday:
First, I spotted G1 Jumpstarters remoulds in Store Twenty One (a rebranded Qs store, apparently). The body resembles Top Spin, but the head had been remoulded to remove the humanoid face.
Second, a discount store (one of the non-99p type) was selling BW knock-offs for 3.50 each. I spotted Dinobot, Wolfang and a Robot Masters Megatron. They looked a little fragile, but all three could have been mistaken for the real thing at a distance.
I was trying to impress a special lady at the time and had to resist the urge to buy them on sight. However, I may have an opportunity to go back in a few weeks. Email me if you are interested in any figures and I'll try to pick one up.

You impress special ladies by taking them to discount stores?

Yes. Taking them to a supermarket is so 1995.

Yay! There's now a Poundland in Belfast, nipped in on friday to find KO Aerialbot goodness. No sign of the promised Terrorcons on the card back.

I spotted more KOs in a shop called 'All Sorts' in Dorking earlier today. The KOs, packaged in robot mode, broadly resembled* Movie Prime and Movie Jazz. However, a quick look at the rear of the packaging revealed the toys were remoulds of G1 Onslaught. I was tempted for the tat value, but £4.99 was a bit too steep.
In an extremely broad sense. They were ugggllyyy.

Saw a movie Ironhide KO in local poundland. Mmmmm, yellow. I think it was based on the FAB mold.
There was nothing funky about it so omitted to take a photo.

For what it's worth, anyone who wants Alternators/Binaltech KOs, including the repainted ones, the guys who run the toy stall at Chapel Market in Angel occasionally have some; I've bought a white Hound, Red Smokescreen and some plastic Wheeljacks from them.

Aside from Wheeljack, they're the metal A&L ones. They've only had regular Streak, flaming Dead End, red Streak, yellow and white Hound, and maybe a regular Hound as far as I've seen. The metal ones are a tenner a pop, and Wheeljacks are £8, which is pretty decent compared to ebay, KOtoys, Taobao or wherever. It's also a sign that a UK toy distributor is getting them somewhere.

apparently there's 2 different sets of these floating around on the same cards - some have the parts for arm combination, some don't.
