How bad can it be? BF quality control is generally pretty tight these days. Though I think this was their first go at the 3-story structure.
It must have sold alright for there was a spin-off (Graceless) which sold well enough for Graceless 2 to be green-lit.
I actually have a big pile of BF building up. I tend to listen to less audios in the summer. I prefer listening to them in colder, darker nights! I get through a lot of them in the Winter!

It's not terrible, it just seems to be 'what's the point' and usually I love Big Finish.
Judgement of Iskar was oddly disjointed, and Destroyer could have literally been any other Big Finish story - it didn't use the Key to Time, and the Guardians were shoehorned in as your generic 'alien trapped in the past' that Big Finish seem to like to do.

But the sisters in it look filthy. Which is why I will buy it and Graceless at some point.

I mean was anyone asking for it?

Now I have heard The Chaos Pool. It is one of those that you listen to and it is just noise and I didn't understand what was going on at all.
Oh well that is 24 quid I will never see again.

Yep. BF launched Graceless an experiment to start a series with their own characters and to see if there was an audience for it and it seems to have worked.

I bought my first ever Big Finish CDs at a car boot sale this morning!
Short Trips Vol. 3 (still sealed) and three Colin Baker stories. All, for five Earth pounds. The trouble is, as I'm watching the entire series at the moment, I don't want to skip forward from the Troughton era to listen to them.

Unless they are part of 'The Lost Stories' they're modern enough to not actually mesh with the TV show of the time.

What Colin Baker stories did you get Nigel? Project: Twilight Assassin in the Limelight Her Final Flight Project: Twilight - a favourite of the Hub and fandom at large, I was a bit more blase about it. Assassin in the Limelight - jammy sod, that is one of the few I dont' own yet! Her Final Flight - I wasn't impressed with that one much to be honest. Not sure why, maybe it needs a re-listen That said they're all good, and Colin Baker is a brilliant Doctor! Looks like you got a stonkingly good price for them too! Meanwhile after the Key 2 Time debacle I have plonked down some cash on Transit of Venus after the nice words everyone here had, and the rather stunning experience of Farewell Great Macedon (I FULLY recommend the First Doctor box set)

1st Doctor boxset is most grand. 2nd story Doctor box is a shining example of why some stories should remain unmade!

I have not heard that one yet, but will do in due course. -Ralph Put it very near the end on your list. Wow, even the booklet said that Bidmead didn't want to put his name next to it as author (the only writing credit is 'from a story by') There are some nice ideas but it is a complete and utter mess. The Doctor spends 2 episodes collecting new companions whose sole function is to stand about the TARDIS, the Daleks have changed history so that they didn't invade Earth, but instead are whispering to humanity for millenia so mankind would build toy daleks and then miniature daleks would populate them using space rays? The Daleks somehow have a city (made of Daleks) outside time and space and there is a chap there called 'blahblah' who is space god but then it turns out he is a Dalek and he blows them up and I really have no idea what my ears were subjected to. It also has a really boring cover.

Right, plonked down the cash for some 1st Doctor Companion Chronicles: Transit of Venus, The Perpetual Bond and The Cold Equations. Ebay seller speedyhenuk has quite a few for £6.41 each which seems good and I've used them before.
Any other recommendations from anyone?

Tonight I listened to Scaredy Cat. Boring AND a paltry 75 minutes. Come on! What is this? Argh! With that and Nekromantea it was a one-two punch combination.
Listening to Other Lives now, this one is cracking fun! Woo!
