Pay Day is tomorrow, so I plan to renew my CC sub with BF.
I have built up a nice big pile of Whodios to listen to over the last few months. I tend not to listen to much audio drama in the Summer: I prefer to keep it for dark Wintery nights when I can listen to hours and hours of it.

Oh god I'm in the middle of listening to other stuff, in brief? Now, Mr Blueshift, please excuse my Falling Down moment and this is nowt personal but a pet peeve of mine on the internet is whenever someone mentions something that folk might be interested in checking out and gets replies of 'just tell me' rather than going and looking at whatever it is when they have time. Everyone wants things NOWNOWNOWNOWNOEFFORTGIVEMETHINGSNOWNOWNOW. DRIVES ME INTO FUCKING FROTHING RAGES! FUCKING INTERNET! One of the many reasons why my online time has telescoped down to minimal these days. -Ralph

I like reading things, but I loathe having to search through audio reports/videos for information. That is not to say I dont' enjoy podcasts, but I need to be in the mood to listen to them.
Also at the same time I was listening to The Smugglers.

Jago & Litefoot series 1 is reduced for this weekend only: bigfinish.com/news/Jago-and-Litefoot-Special-Offer-19th-and-20th-NovemberI really recommend it, especially at that price. Rollicking good fun and I speak as someone who thinks 'The Talons of Weng-Chiang' is merely ok and not a masterpiece and never cared for the fanwank idea of a Jago & Litefoot series previously. But this is great! Manages to escape being the Holmes pastiche it could easily have been and I never missed the Doctor once. -Ralph

bigfinish.com/news/Love-and-War-for-Bennys-20thAll over that like a fly on shit. Though it disturbs me to note that the first NA's came out 20 years ago now. I wish time would stop speeding up. Speaking of NA's, some digital re-issues would be most welcome. I'd buy them. -Ralph

To be honest (CONTROVERSEY) I thought Love and War was okay, a decent read but hardly the 10/10 everyone else thought. I'd love them to go adapt all the NAs though! Also NO IT WASNT 20 YEARS AGO NO NO NO NO NO ARGH SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Listened to 'Destination: Nerva' and the first episode of 'The Foe From The Future' last night. Enjoyable stuff and Lord Tom back on form. So much better than the BBC Audio 4th Doctor piles of shite!
Glad I put in that early bird sub for all the Tom BF stuff now.

Has anyone else had trouble playing The Foe from the Future Pt1 on their ipod or generic MP3 player? I found there was a long delay (3-5 mins in most cases) when moving from the end of one MP3 to the start of the next. I eventually solved it by modifying the ID3 tags to provide a shorter title.

Hmm the only ones I dont have there are I, Davros (and that's the normal price for I, Davros, come on BF!!) and The Davros Mission. Kinda tempted by that one but it's a short one isn't it?
