I considered going into Falkirk's comic shop to see if they had anything in for FCBD (they only do new comics as Standing Order service normally so I wasn't sure that they would), but in the end I was not in the right frame of mind yesterday to go into town on a Saturday - it would have been pushing my luck a little too much.
Physical comics is something I have basically cut back on completely at the moment anyway, in an effort to try to get ahead of the clearing out on that front rather than playing catch-up all the time.

FCBD Dr Who - big error in 11th Doctor. Outside FPI London a bus on the wrong side of the road. All traffic was on the right so if this was drawn by a US artist?

How are they getting on that bus? The door is on the correct side but they are getting on walking through the metal work. those buses didn't have the extra doors in.

The US artist is assuming that the bus is driving and has stopped on the same side of the road as in the US, IE on the right. It's a shame because apart from that it's a good drawing of a Routemaster. The other picture is even more worrying..... Stonehenge is one word for a start.... The car and sign have both been drawn on the right hand side of the road which is wrong for the UK. So we have to assume the artists is again it's like a US road. And thus we're looking at a US car with the driver on the left...... Oh dear. Ben is sitting on the right, Alicia is on the left and appears to be driving the car! |

Having checked the issue (Marvel Two In One #34) the car is UK right hand drive. The other frame is from MTIO#31

re that sign - it mainly the artist didn't have the room to do it with the sign being in a small area of the panel - it could be running off panel. Also the road does seem thin - like its one way & thats a cycle path or foot path to the left. Also are there mountains that big near stonehenge? It looks more US rockies.
