I love how Asian-based online retailers are now stocking waves that haven't even been solicited to US-based online retailers yet. We're slowly reaching a point where product A is only available in Mongolia, product B is only available in Uzbekistan, and product C is only available from Joey's Unreliable Interweb Store. I'd seen a listing for the Legion wave on EE, but I think that that's the first time the dlx wave has been listed.

If I buy one RID 2015 thing it will be a CLASH OF THE TRANSFORMERS set. Purely for the name alone!

If only there was a... THUNDERCLASH of the Transformers! Still, we did get the T-Clash-themed repaint of Beast Hunters Commander Optimus Prime, so you never know...

Has there ever been a TF toy that you didn't want to repaint as either Thunderclash or Impactor? It would help me with my Forum Bingo.

Are Hasbro doing toys of all the characters from the cartoon? I want to see Chopshop toy - unless one has already been posted & I've missed it. Only been seeing the repaints.

I hope they do - the arms are going to be easy to do seeing that it just rear connectors - but then have Fixit connect up. But how to do the body & legs when all the parts look the same.

Yep, I like how that Grimlock looks. Damn you, Llama, you hypocrite! Or maybe I just like it more than I do black and green. I think that's allowed...

Another question to you nice UK folks: So Germany is currently still dealing with RID Warrior Drift clogging shelves at numerous stores. Here are some photos I've snapped myself: This applies to one particular chain only, and old school type of department store named Karstadt. I've never seen another RID Warrior figure there, only Drift, which makes me assume that they were shipped solid cases containing nothing but Drift from Hasbro. Drift has also been spotted at another department store chain named Kaufhof (aka Galeria Kaufhof), also all by himself until recently, when I found him alongside some wave 1 figures. And I've also seen Drift alongside wave 1 Warriors at a drug store chain named Müller. Meanwhile, Toys"R"Us, Intertoys and a supermarket chain named Real still only have wave 1 Warriors. There has been one sole sighting of Optimus Prime thus far, hailing from a toy store chain named Spiele Max. All the Spiele Max stores I've been at only have a very small number of wave 1 Warriors, if at all. From what I understand, you in the UK may have also gotten Drift-only cases for a while until Optimus Prime started to pop up? Well, there's another oddity I'd like to double-check with you guys. Recently, I found the RID wave 2 Legion figures Grimlock and Sideswipe. Once at a Müller store, twice at Real... and Grimlock at three different Galeria Kaufhof stores. No Sideswipes there. Which makes me wonder whether Hasbro may have shipped out cases containing Grimlocks but no Sideswipes as well. Have you in the UK come across an unusually large percentage of Legion Grimlock sightings without an accompanying Sideswipe as well?

From what I understand, you in the UK may have also gotten Drift-only cases for a while until Optimus Prime started to pop up? Anecdotal evidence from the time indicates The Entertainer got some Drift only cases. Certainly at the point I photographed Op there was considerable doubt he'd turned up here. Have you in the UK come across an unusually large percentage of Legion Grimlock sightings without an accompanying Sideswipe as well? I don't recall seeing any signs of this one, but not been out and about so much recently.

I'll have a look next time I'm out, but I don't think I've seen Grimlock or Sideswipe.

New toys shown at BotCon: "Legions and Warriors that are already officially out in Asia plus Mini-Cons already revealed at Toy Fair".
Not even a mention of Clash of the Transformers, of which the Legion two-packs are already out in Australia.

VERY Disappointing there. But the Generations show says that perhaps they know their audience

Got Sideswipe and Jazz today, and this line continues to be a mixed bag.
Jazz- he's honestly not a very pretty mold. He's so far removed from what we think of for Jazz, that he could have a new name, and you'd hardly notice any Jazz in him. However, he is a very solid mold, figuratively and literally. Asthetics aside, he's flawless. He doesn't feel cheep. He has a great range of movement. His transformation is good and satisfying, without being difficult (he's a great example of good simplicity. You don't feel like the designers think you're stupid). And everything pegs together really solidly in both modes.
Issues: paint. Oh my lord does he need paint! In robot mode he's largely ok, but in vehicle mode? Holy cow. And weapon storage... I can't figure out how to store his lance in either mode, IF a way was designed to do so. So far, all warriors have been designed to store their weapons on their underside in alt mode. Though I admit this is just me being a nitpick, but this is more a complaint about the stupid (lack of) directions on the card back.
Sideswipe- he is a muuuuch more asthetically pleasing toy, than Jazz. In both modes. He does strongly feel like Sideswipe (which doesn't read as well in the show), in both modes, while being new and interesting. He has a very clever transformation, which like Jazz, is simplistic without making you feel like they think kids are stupid. And, for the first time in this line, the deco feels adequate. Sword stows in his back in a very cool way.
Issues: and this is a BIG one. Shoulder pegs are miserable. They make Blitzwing feel good. You barely touch his arm and they fall out of their place. Seriously, it's bad enough that unless they fix this, it ruins the mold. Also, can't figure out how to store his sword in car.

A brief update to my inquiry above: Amazingly, I finally found Warrior Optimus Prime, at the same chain (Spiele Max) he was first reported from a few weeks ago. They had three Optimus Primes, two Drifts, one Steeljaw and one Strongarm, which suggests it's this assortment, minus one Stongarm who has either already been sold or is still sitting in the stockroom.
