It's only episode 2 that has the fight to the death in it, and its no worse really than the 86 movie fight. Other than that its very Sunbow-esque.
Meanwhile I've done 12 episodes of Victory now and I'm really quite enjoying it now. Yes, it's the same plot every week, but the characters are cool and its very dynamic, action oriented. I'd take it over Masterforce any day. Must have been a cracking toyline too. The pictures in the Generations book are great. I want a Galaxy Shuttle!

Ultra Magnus dies much later on in Headmasters, and there are a number of other deaths like friends of Chromedome having bombs implanted in them. Victory gets much better around episode 15 onwards - once the Brestforce break Gaihawk out of prison.  |
