My recommendation for Whole Shebang does need a caveat now, they're useless with customer service. If you have to email them it's hit and miss if you actually get an answer. I've had a parcel from them go missing, but two weeks after emailing them, now twice, I've had no response.
Same when I had to email them in Jan. No answer until I sent a second a week later.

It's frustrating because they're highly regarded but this is disappointing. I'm down sixty quid and the seller doesn't seem to care. Email 3 tomorrow then I'll try the ugly 'goading a response through Facebook comments' approach.

The reply should not be: "phone us". The reply should be: "we will get this sorted for you."
Don't make the customer do extra work.

Meant to say, very obliging proprietor on the phone when I rang WS. He explained they've had some problems with royal mail recently and are expecting more of the RotS set in stock this coming week, so he will send a new one when they come in. Hopefully that'll sort that. We shall see.

Right, Whole Shebang are off the naughty step. The replacement Rulers 3 pack arrived today in A1 mint condition. Very relieved they fulfilled that and didn't just issue a refund. Just need Duplico to put in an appearance to finish off the Sun Man collection now.
