The more I think about this, the less likely I think it's a full range. Combiner Wars works for Hasbro because of the sheer number of remoulds possible. The Headmasters, particularly the Decepticons, are all very different. To make them distinct would need more unique moulds than seems likely. Particularly to keep the Headmasters themselves at Voyager size. They'd have to be that big, Deluxes would be too small for a removable head.

However if these 3P companies go back to making them (Toyworld! get on with it!) we might get a full set.

I"m thinking something using Leader, Titan and Legend class alongside Combiner Wars with Deluxe and Voyager,

We've seen two sets of Legends tapes listed which would imply that size is involved with a Leader Blaster and Soundwave.

And although it's Headmasters this seems to insinuate Headmasters but not using most of the original characters

Well yeah, we seem to have Headmaster Blaster and Astrotrain here. Which are... not traditional Headmasters. So the potential for remolds is pretty limitless - they can just do what the hell they like...

He's a Triple Changer!

1) Bird mode is ok, not sure about the tail

2) Vehicle mode.... a tank? But is there something riding in it? Image is bad, hard to tell.

3) Tape. Tape mode implies tape player, which in turn implies Leader mode. Coupled with the Blaster sketch we saw yesterday I think we've just seen our first Titan Wars toy.

One of the particle sizers in my lab uses zip disks. They're glad of it too- the other one uses 3.5" floppies. They've only got three or four that still work.
