The UK does seem to have drifted behind a bit. We have had a lot of the line, just a good while after the US. I wonder if some of the later stuff will appear in the autumn as shops stock up for Christmas. I would think TLK affected it really. Shops don't seem to want huge amounts of TFs. Smyths would probably have been more consistent with TR if they hadn't felt the need to stock the film figures too.

I -had- to have Seaspray and Brawn... oh and Shartkticons... and had to get them online. Although I don't have the likes of TRU near me. I'd expect there to be more of a showing in stores like that, surely? I got Galvatron from a TRU I happened to be passing in the early days of TR. And Soundwave was in TKMax cheap. Depends where you live. The TRU here had the first three waves of deluxes, Smyths when it opened last month had wave 3, in terms of larger toys I've seen Optimus and Megatron in TRU and The Entertainer, and Broadside in TRU, Blaster and Soundwave In TRU (and One Soundwave in TK Maxx). Legends have pretty much been restricted only to TRU, except for the wave with Eject in, which might have been the cause of the local 24hr Tesco stopping having any Transformers for a while (the way that Eject shelfwarmed I can't blame them). Titanmasters have only been in TRU, and only the one wave of them. Karl

Not had a problem finding deluxes or Legends once they were out here. No Titanmasters after Wave 2 but in both Smyths and TRU. Voyagers about but variable. Piles of Broadsides in TRU currently. First few Leaders in larger Smyths and TRU then in TK Maxx.

It's a small and well-run toy shop in Edinburger and always the first place to get new Lego sets! They get my business from time to time.

What happens if you flip a table but it lands back on its feet?

I KEEP IT.
(and play chess upon it, and set my wine upon it, and... you get the idea...)

If my class and their bottles are anything to go by you're supposed to run around the room flapping your hands shouting "ooooh dayum!"

It is possible to flip a table with a half-played chess board, and the tabble lands on it's legs, and the chess board and pieces to all land exactly where they were as though nothing had happened.
There is nothing at all in the laws of physics that forbids this.

Isn't Prowl also literally the perfect Transformer to achieve this giving his stated ability to track object trajectories?

That's not bad. But given all the CUTA I've suffered lately, I think I might just wait for Kapow to get them in...

Iirc my Robotkindom-Fu correctly, the small packet rate option is good for dodging the poker. Which is what I went for

Small packet's the right option for RK. What did it come to overall, Phil?

£39.47 IDToys cheaper by £1 or so inc postage Hrrrm. I'm suddenly beginning to feel I don't need this. As a curio it's nice, but despite the T30 one's flaws it's closer to the right look than this.

Ah ha! Ridiculous pricing mark-ups have become sadly predictable! As an aside, as the item listing literally went up today, how can it be 'reduced'? It wasn't for sale before! -Ralph

My guess - if they do this, when they stick it "back" up to £40 when stock starts to run low they can say they aren't price gouging because it was on offer before. Maybe I'm too cynical.

Ah ha! Ridiculous pricing mark-ups have become sadly predictable! Ralph, we've proved it's impossible to get one into the country cheaper than that by me buying one from RK today which cost £40 before customs on RK's cheapest shipping option. It's likely to be more than that if it gets hit with an £8 charge and (fag packet) £8 of customs. Kapow will have paid the money to ship the toys here from the far east, a customs fee on top of that on them, and have accomodation/warehousing/staff costs on top of that. I fail to see how charging the same that it costs to import it privately BEFORE CUSTOMS is a rip off.

Or they were going to charge £40, saw a competitor was doing it cheaper, and cut the price.

The point remains though they never actually sold it at £40 before claiming it was now at discount. Pretty sure those sort of practices are not just unsavoury but illegal as well.
