Bar the thin Ms Marvel, that's the cheapest I've paid for one all year, £18.95 is the going rate.
I'd be willing to bet it's a misprice, as X-Men Reload 2 is also out today and is up at that price and that does have a cheaper RRP than the Epics. I think the price was just copied over.
