How do you do this Blue? Get the covers done professionally then laser print the insides yourself and trim the edges?

Whilst this is annoying, I have saved about £20-30 on paper by buying it as A3 and cutting it in half!

Out of curiosity, which printer do you have? I'm about to buy a new one and was thinking of getting a mono laser to avoid ink cartridge faff.

Aha. Good to know, ta. I was impressed with the print quality in the Rock Lords zine and couldn't quite work out how you'd achieved it.

Aiming for 200ish like last time

These boards need something like a megathumbsup button. One thumb doesn't do that picture justice. Blueshift needs more thumbs up.
Hub challenge for the day. Blue's pic needs more likes than ANY OTHER POST EVER.

Oh fucking hell is that issue 100 done with Armada toys?! That's AMAZING. THAT'S THE BEST THING EVER. Nah it's issue 100 done with G1 toys, it's a bit of non-armada in there too (it's the stuff you might have seen on the forum earlier)

Fantastic stuff good sir! The posters look cracking, and I am looking forward to seeing this. Hopefully Toy Fu will have one or two things of interest to me so I can acquire it along with doing my good deed and giving you fine folks some monies.

Interesting tweets, Blue, but more detail! What software do you use to put the master copy together from all the submissions you get? And when you send the cover to the printer, what format is it in?

I don't have any fancy dancy software I'm afraid I use GIMP for the art and instantprint for the cover, they let you upload as RGB jpg. I don't have anything that does CMYK conversion. I use a copy of Microsoft Publisher from 2007 for the insides!
