Let us quickly review then...
Starting Oct 26th, in the last 39 days, Shockers has whistled through:
The Five Doctors Inferno Remembrance of the Daleks The Ark in Space Vengeance on Varos The Claws of Axos The Visitation The Aztecs The Robots of Death Spearhead from Space The Green Death The Caves of Androzani Talons of Weng Chiang Seeds of Death Resurrection of the Daleks City of Death Tomb of the Cybermen Carnival of Monsters The Three Doctors
and now must finish with the McGann movie.
I think that's pretty impressive. If he were to watch the movie tomorrow, that would be 20 stories in 40 days. That's the equivalent of 85 x 25 minute episodes plus the film. That's 11.5% of the classic series by actual episode count.
Hats off Shockers! Tremendous stuff!

There's two ways to do that. One is to go for the surefire classics, the other is to dip into all eras of the show to experience its evolution. So far we have, by Doctor:
The Aztecs
Tomb of the Cybermen Seeds of Death
Spearhead from Space Inferno The Claws of Axos The Three Doctors Carnival of Monsters The Green Death
The Ark in Space The Robots of Death Talons of Weng Chiang City of Death
The Visitation The Five Doctors Resurrection of the Daleks The Caves of Androzani
Vengeance on Varos
Remembrance of the Daleks

It's tricky. I'd like more Daleks. I'd like all the regeneration ones. All post-regeneration. More 2nd, 3rd and 4th. More 7th actually. And some Classics! There's that one with the webs that I think Phil likes...

Further viewing suggestions from the Pinwig jury. As requested, a Dalek heavy list focused on Shockprowl's request for classics and avoiding stories trapped in boxed sets:
The Dalek Invasion of Earth (Proper taste of Hartnell and a very good story)
The Web of Fear (One of the best Troughtons, although bear in mind episode 3 is a recon) The Invasion (Trougton Cyberman story set in London, two of the eight episodes are animated)
The Mind of Evil (Really good Pertwee with all the boxes ticked - Jo, Master, UNIT) The Daemons (Generally highly regarded Pertwee. One 'to do') Day of the Daleks (Pertwee Dalek story - a Shockprowl double-whammy, but maybe watch the 'special edition' version) Planet of the Spiders (Actually not a great story, but Pertwee's last)
Genesis of the Daleks (Fourth Doctor Dalek origin story - one of the best of the classic series) Pyramids of Mars (Vibe similar to Talons of Weng Chiang, but rum goings on in a country house rather than London) The Seeds of Doom (Fourth Doctor does ITC action shows. I like this a lot but Phil will tell you it's too violent) The Deadly Assassin (Important story that began to define Gallifrey) The Sun Makers (This is one of my all time favourite stories, but it's a personal choice. Robert Holmes though)
Earthshock (Fifth Doctor & Cybermen story, one of his best)
The Curse of Fenric (One of the best Seventh Doctor stories)
The Seventh Doctor is difficult - Fenric is a good story but finishes some plot threads that started in others, so may be less impactful in isolation. Thing is, if you start with Remembrance there isn't a lot else that really comes close. You could try Battlefield for some nu-UNIT action (with the old Brig), or Survival, the last McCoy story.
