What a mess...
For the record, here's what's not apparently getting a reprint:
Marvel: The Gift, every text story (Missing in Action, Hunted, In the Beginning..., The Return of the Transformers, State Games, The Mission, The Headmasters Saga, The Saga of the Transformers, Prime-Bomb, The Quest, Trigger-Happy, The Magnificent Six, Another Time and Place), Transformers Universe
Dreamwave: Ongoing 0-10, Micromasters, Summer Special, Divided Loyalties, Age of Wrath (summarised, but not actually reprinted), remaining More Than Meets the Eye G1 and Armada, Armada Preview-7, Energon 19-30 (not G1, but neither was Armada, so...)
IDW: New Avengers, Last Stand trade/hardback extras, Shining Armor, TF v Visionaries, Deviations, TF/Joe Black Cybertron, The Movie, and maybe FCBD (I haven't actually checked if that one's included), Beast Wars Sourcebook, Dawn of the Predacus, Star Trek v TF, TF/Ghostbusters, TF 84 0
3H/FunPub: Everything...
Now, it's possible some of that will be used to fill pages; I can easily see the BW Sourcebook or Predacus filling out the two BW books, and maybe TF/Joe Movie being in one of the three(!) Devil's Due books. And, of course, a lot of that DW stuff is off limits. But that still leaves significant gaps. The complete lack of text stories is my particular bugbear. Some of those are Important, dammit, and some haven't ever been reprinted.

I wouldn't call it a mess allot of the stuff that isn't been included can't be due to rights issues and it is not like the series was called Complete G1 collection. Also Ghostbusters and Star Trek mini series not included but i understand peoples issues especially Marvel G1 volumes 1 to 20 if everything was included like ladybird books etc
What i do have an issue with is Furman at times didn't seem to know what they could reprint Dreamwave, hinted all IDW and Botcon and the poor quality control in some issues.
Transformers 84 is only 30 odd pages so it could be added onto the last issue.

I wouldn't expect reprints of the Ladybird books in this. That said I wouldn't mind a collected volume of them!

I came into this primarily for the Marvel stuff, and given we've had the extension as well, I'll be especially ticked off if we don't have The Gift.

What about New Avengers/Transformers? That's a licensing issue. Which you'd think they might be able to work around, given that they obviously have a good working relationship with Marvel, but alas. I'm disappointed not to see the Botcon/Club stuff. It'd be nice if Furman managed to at least get the stuff he wrote into the Beast Wars books, but I'm not holding my breath. |

hachette account page has most recent allocation as 1st may, only three weeks from last on 10th april. not complaining but that's not what they said would happen is it!

…and my copies are now here. contents for 88 are as assumed (Devil's Due's G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #1–6 ), backmatter is two page "creating the DD-verse" article, three mike s miller sketchbook pages and the usual cover gallery, also after the furman intro in the front there's a one page "meet devil's due"

Also: Thinking that's Dirge as possibly the last 'con on the spine. Maybe one more in the foreground below him?   On 95, that's definitely Dirge in the background. Not in the foreground though. The lower wing from background Dirge is behind the foreground character. I'm sure you can tell that 84 is Blaster and 89/90 is Ultra Magnus. I double checked, and that's still Magnus in the foreground of 95. It's his left shoulder and the top fin of his shoulder rocket launcher. It's the same Magnus from the front cover of volume 24, and he's VERY wide. He probably will take up 10 volumes of spines! |

I think it's odd that he include 3 volumes of the 2019 series, but not include some of the above. Now certainly, most of the Dreamwave stuff is still off limits, but it would just make sense to include the first part of Armada to round off the story. It may have been a shitty series, but the Visionaries series seemed essential if just to explain the death of Kup, the Talisman and, well, the Visionaries living on Cybertron. Shining Armor - not necessary, but a decent story and contains a late character origin. The text stories and Black Cybertron seem more deserving than the new series too. Maybe in a few years, he will have a 10 volume addendum that combines new stuff with some of these lost items. |

Ah balls. Checking that caused me to reorder the spreadsheet I use to track my issues. I've just discovered my last delivery was issues 71, 72 - but I haven't had 67-70.
I worry now that my sub is so far behind the curve. I can see me getting to 80 and them telling me the series is over and they can't fulfill the extra 20 books. Anything is possible with these clowns.
God. Now I have to try and tackle customer services.
