The plot details are different, but it's overall almost exactly what I thought it's be. A 10 minute mini-episode, with a really silly CN plot. Pretty much same as the new Ben 10 reboot.

I think the main reason the series (this & Rescuebots) are 11 minutes long is because Boulder only make 11 min episodes. It's not Cartoon network issue. Dangermouse is only 11 minutes. So has Boulder disputed his working hours on the Rescue Bots show now? These robot actors - too full of themselves!! |

In my experience, kids in the target market bracket don't have the attention span necessary for 24 minutes any more. 11 minutes is more likely to get watched.

I've watched it get worse over the last ten years. Their lives are so pickup/put down immediate that they don't seem to have mental stamina. The fact everything is right there on tablets/devices for them - they flit from screen to screen knowing they can put anything on pause. It makes it hard to get them to settle into reading a book - to some of them the concept is completely alien that they could read for even half an hour.

These will air on cartoon network in the states. CN will only accept 11 minute shows now. They even got rid of pokemon. |

Going by the toys - it looks like Shockwave is going to be the later big bad guy reveal after having Starscream around for a bit. Megatron & Optimus being in the back ground.

Rise of the TMNT is also going 11-minutes.
I couldn't connect to RID at all and gave that show a miss. I'll be giving Cyberverse a go. Gavin Hignight whose work I've followed for years is on the writing team for this show.

We have an entire forum for Cyberverse, all to it's own, below this, and above Rescue Bots.
And Hasbro is way too impressed by cheap cellshaded animation.
This is like if they gave Machima a slightly bigger budget.
