I'm confused. I thought these were called "Movie Studio Series" items, and yet I'm seeing all these references to them being called "Masterpiece Movie" line? Have they changed the name of the line on us?

Movie Studio Series is the entire line - Deluxe, Voyager & Leader - and I thought the Masterpiece series is within it. It's not 100% clear. Thread Split!

That does actually look pretty nice. But since that SDCC gold coloured version of the Studio Series deluxe will one day be on its way to me, that will suffice.
And as even as I typed, I realised: As with G1 'Bee, there will most likely be a gold-coloured version of this mold also! Fool me twice? I think not, Takara!

And that leader Megs... yeah, it's a good, faithful recreation of how he looked on screen. Unfortunately how he looked on screen was arse, so... no. But good try.
