Have these guys (or the Dinoforce, for that matter) ever transformed into their animal/monster modes in fiction? Maybe not, but those modes dominate their box art... which makes them look really good!   Martin |

I'd give money. I was just thinking that, as I clean up coffee. That box art looks fantastic. If only the toys looked like that! They must be able to modernise then up, PotP Terrorcon style. Using the Terrorcon molds. Not sure how they'd combine though. And shells or no shells? That is the question. |

I was looking at Thunderwing in the comics and have always wondered:
It's obvious the other pretender shells are based on other creatures but is Thunderwings shell just pretty much just an extra Transformer-type robot outer shell for him? It could easily pass as a normal Cybertronian and doesn't seem to have any organic parts (at least in the comic) making it more like armour rather than a cunning disguise.
A bit like Blue Bachus & Black Shadow.
