There aren't many things that make me reach for The Ban Hammer but certain offences cannot go unpunished.... It seems a bit harsh to ban Shockprowl for potentially not having read something!!

Let's face it, if we banned Shockprowl for not reading things we'd never see him again.

These are both figures that I always wanted, but have never had. Out of the two though, I think I'd probably pick Scourge over Cyclonus. As other have said, he's all-round the better figure, thanks to Cyclonus' robot mode.
I am enjoying the discussion about Cyclonus though. As I've never seen the figure in person, I had no idea about the whole "falling apart" thing.
For what its worth, I missed last week's vote, but mine would've been the obvious Hot Rod. As much as I've a fondness for G1 Kup, Hot Rod is clearly the better toy.

Cyclonus took this for me because he looks like a fancy modern fighter jet, rather than a flying boat. I had both of these as a kid, Scourge was a christmas present and I swapped a Getaway for a Cyclonus in the playground.

Voting so far closer than I expected! I thought Cyclonus would be in the lead!

Well, this one is fairly easy. Only one of these can be the best 'plane for the simple reason that only one of them even is a 'plane. Scourge, being clearly some kind of hovercraft is...well, a hovercraft after all.
In all seriousness, I'd probably vote for Cyclonus anyway. The alt-mode is fantastic - blended forward-swept, cranked, wings with a razor-like profile. Yeah, lovely aesthetics. The humanoid mode is great too. I love the way that the wings fold away. The massive fists go a long way to making him seem like a real bruiser despite his fairly skinny look.
Back in the day I had to make this same choice when it came to spending my Christmas money. I chose Cyclonus then, and I chose Cyclonus now.

I always thought Scourge was a Landspeeder rip off. From those Luke Skywalker films.
