It's getting silly now. Remember the days when we could order toys at leisure? Now they go up at all times of the day or week and if not online during these few minutes....POOF! Gone!
It's almost like the Matty Collector model is slowly dominating the industry.

It is a bit mad. I think one reason it's so erratic at the moment is to do with the system catching up after stalling because of the virus. We had a drought for a while; I was just looking in the acquisitions thread - we had five months between Earthrise w1 and 2 Voyagers and the judge still isn't out, we're almost up to five months since the Deluxes came out and we'll be short three of wave two until next month. The exclusives may have been stuck in a similar bottleneck.

Obviously it was inevitable ID's site would struggle with this because it always does. This is the point where you struggle through the order and get to the end with a confirmation and then find several hours later that it didn't go through at all.

Just give it fifteen minutes before you risk the CUTA route. Don't forget if ID have this it'll be on Kapow in the next day or so as well because ID haven't said it's exclusive to them.
These small companies can't afford to pay for the level of service huge sites have with their servers just to compensate for the occasional spikes in activity they get when they put up desirable timed preorders. Right now, anyone in the UK who wants this toy will be on the site trying to do the same thing, which is going to kill it. It happens to Star as well every time they put up a Star Wars preorder. They're better off not putting a time on it and letting word of mouth filter the news around.
