It has some good bits and some awful bits. A mixed bag. I rate it above Episodes 7 and 9 though.

Episodes 1-3 are all better than any of 7-9.

7 and 8 are fine as parts of a trilogy, sadly just not the same trilogy. 9 could still have just about brought them together, maybe, but instead we got TROS.

No, AotC is terrible. It has no redeeming qualities except seeing Palpatine's manipulation of the senate and Tyrannus attempt to turn Obi Wan, and even that suffers from MacGregor hamming it up.
Oh and the Jango Fett bombs were cool I suppose.
