Yeah, it's been hinted at really hard that Harry will be the captain when Voyager A/B shows up in prodigy. They were up front about it BTS in Picard S3 that he's reserved for Prodigy.

Ironically at this stage I'm more used to thinking of Garrett Wang's voice as belonging to Captain Kim - due to his stint in Star Trek: Online as Captain of the Rhode Island in the Delta Quadrant story missions. I think if I total up the amount of time I've spent working with him across multiple characters I've probably spent more time with that version than I have with the television version.
(That he had to wait several decades for command of a dinky little science ship is arguably not as funny as meeting Tom Paris in the Iconian War arc when he has slid back down the ranks from Admiral to Captain - meaning that your character at the time has probably passed him in rank going in opposite directions :-) ).
