WOAW!
Fuck me with Llama God's dildo...
Jetfire's too big! He looks totally out of scale there! Who designed this Commander Class, don't they even care?! Some characters shrink, ohers hugely expand, I'd need to use the dinning table, just for him to land!

WOAW! Fuck me with Llama God's dildo... Jetfire's too big! He looks totally out of scale there! Ask nicely. But bloody hell, he’s HUGE. And I like that - it makes him look special. As he was, when he first appeared in the comics. Now I just need a steaming hot Autobrand stamper...

But he's too big, isn't he? The scale is owf! Other characters displayed with him, he'd dwarf!

He isn't really out of scale, Shockers. Think about the size of the original toy compared to the others. In cartoon terms, on the Sunbow scale chart, Prowl comes up to about level with the middle of his thighs, which looks to be about the same here. He might be a *bit* big, but this figure is pretty much in scale in both toy and toon forms.

This is what they're going for: It's actually hard to find a decent scale picture of skyfire. Because he's so big he's always in the frame at odd angles. I don't mind him being that big you know. Jetfire has always been big, so it works. Blaster in comparison has a huge toy but has always been depicted at Voyager height in fiction, which makes his TR Leader figure feel awkward. Jetfire can get away with it. He was the original air support for the Autobots, the transport ship. He's got to be big.

Yes you're right, Pins, I see that now. But in my mind's eye he's smaller somehow.

This is another of those "What do you mean its too big? No. Not at all. Who said that? Its a total coincidence that its Masterpiece scale. Who could have predicted that? Not us, thats for sure. Goodbye"

Nice touch.
Siege Jetfire is so Sunbow.
Is everything becoming Sunbow now? MP, Generations?

I've never been a big fan of Jetfire. That toy does look nice though, and is one I could see me getting down the line, even if its not a "must buy" for me. They've done a cracking job with it, and the faction swapping is a really nice touch. I'll be intrigued to see if they've got any other plans for this new price point (Armada Tidal Wave mentioned above would be a good fit).

Although Tidal Wave might be a good fit by himself, I don't see him being a decent fit with a potential Armada Megatron.
In fact I'm struggling to see many TFs that might work in the Commander size. Scorponok, yes, perfect for the original toy's big robot but smaller than Fort Max. Star Saber, maybe. Deathsaurus? Op & Magnus with Trailers .... possibly. Some of the non standard combiners, like Road Caeser (yes Ian, it exits)
Anyone else got any ideas?

Sky Lynx, but we've had him fairly recently. Would bump him up to scale with the Predacons though, seeing as Sunbow is the seeming goal here.
You watch, they'll do another Blaster that's way too big.
Ooh, ooh! Spanner!

Annoyingly most of the characters Id like to see in that class have already been done bigger. I mean its possible they redo Fort Max and the rest.
I cant imagine they would do anything like Grandus. Maybe a new Unicron.

On one hand, I feel it's too big for Scorp because the leaders were scaled down. On the other hand, it does put him at a decent size against TR PMOP (the only "match up" that counts)
Potential commander class releases: • Tidalwave (i think is a better Titan, because it still works well, and that class is running dry of characters) • Skylynx • Sludge • Magnaboss • Tripredacus • Gigastorm- sure, could repaint Titan Tryp, but the dude wasn't that big. They could do kaiju/battleship/robot. • Railracer • Build King • Cybertron Menasor • Cybertron Metroplex • Energon Optimus • Armada Optimus • sky Garry • Galaxy Shuttle • BM Tankor- The character is the size of a small to medium full sized TF, so that puts him in scale with deluxe-voyager BW/BM updates, and most of the original line. • Optimal Optimus, for the same reason, but they already crossed that off with a class almost as big.
That's all just off the top of my head.

I think most of those characters are too obscure for them to risk making an expensive toy out of.
After Jetfire I think the obvious ones are Scorponok and Star Saber. After that I could see Thunderwing or even a Fortress Maximus re-do, but more likely than either we would get another version of Optimus, Ultra Magnus or Megatron.

The question is, will Jetfire be remoulded? Very few moulds don't get reused somehow.

I half think Jetfire could be used for Tidalwave.
Robot mode proportions are about right and both turn in to giant slabs.
Scorponok and Fort Max do seem likely to me.
