Jetfire has so many neat little gimmicks! I love the way the 5mm port in his hands only pops out when you close the fingers. That's freaking genius! And the hand grips so Deluxe figures can hang off his undercarriage in jet mode. Actual play features like that are in short supply with Transformers, it makes Jetfire feel like a purposeful toy. It does stuff. I find the revelation Jetfire can use a Titanmaster as his pilot interesting: it shows they've not forgotten about them, especially in relation to commander class, which makes the possibility of Commander Scorponok for WFC II more likely. |

It's really hard to tell since it's only compared to siege figures, but it looks like he's either the size of an oldschool leader class, or a CW combiner.
I was kinda afraid that the $80 commander class would just be a return to the old leaders with a new name and a massive price hike.
This would be the absolute perfect class for Scorponok.

Damn he looks good. Jetfire. Thundercracker too (pre-ordered). And Springer! Although I'm not getting Springer. I wasn't going to get Jetfire, but I made the mistake of showing a picture of him to the youngest (he's a Shockprowl household favourite). And now she wants one! Just so she can swap his insignia around!

MP "Skyfire" would probably be smaller than that, have a false chest, absolutely no detailing, and cost $500.
