Damn. The vehicle mode is what it is.
But yay! He can carry his past self in his trailer.
But seriously, I can see the trailer battle platform, being the size it is, as having some great play value - it looks like you can stand lot's of Autobots on it at the same time. There look like there are pegs for their feet to plug into. Imagine the Movie crew riding this into battle.

Oh well, he can still invite the Movie gang round for a trailer party. They'll just have to hold on when Rodimus drives it away to escape Prowl when he comes to arrest them for breaking restriction rules.
Oh no they won't. If Hot Rod is Rodimus, it means Prowl is dead. Party on!

I preordered it, but only in case I decide I want it later and it's sold out.
