2024 Run #10. 6 miles. Rather enjoyed that. Fast paced, by my standards.

10k, annoyingly just a gnats ball hair over an hour, some enforced traffic stops (I do pause the app) meant I couldn't keep my pace at a few bits. But felt good, managed a brisk time and avoided the massive slow down that I normally get on the last k.
Plan for another 10K on Saturday am to wrap up the week's efforts.

10K, slower than Thursday's, which was expected, but not awful, was deliberately holding back the pace as I ramp up to the 15k next Saturday afternoon.

2024 Run #12. I was feeling especially concious of the wobbly spare tire today so did not appreciate the sarcastic slow clapping from a group of youths at a bus stop as I passed. -Ralph

Didn't feel like running yesterday, and as I was in the Roysth office, decided to walk home after work, about 55 mins of pretty much solid uphill so decent enough exercise.

2024 Run #13: bit tough with the chronic pain currently but I got through it, powered by Geoff Love (and his orchestra).
We can now summon Geoff at the touch of a button. What a world.

2024 Run #14: my pelvis did not like that at all but it's the only way I'll get any sleep tonight.
Managed to cut a toe and an ear.

Honour has been satisfied.
But we have been telling Naomi that fighting is not kind. Do not lead her astray.

2024: Run #15. Thought I would try a different route to Top Mossley but lost my bearings and ended up looping through Roughtown.
I can report that Roughtown is mostly populated by endless pairs of pavement blockers with no spatial awareness waddling to and fro from the pubs.
The pavements are also death traps.

2024: Run #16. A chap was out running with a big cuddly Alsatian dog in front of me for a stretch. Said dog did not want to run with daddy anymore and kept trying to break off to be my friend. Awwww.

Awww. Adorable.
There are a couple of dogs I seem in the park here who I get the "It looks like you are going for a walk, do you need help with that?" treatment from - a bit like Microsoft Clippy, only cuter and much more welcome. Usually it is because their person wants to go home and stop going for a walk, but the dogs in question would happily go around again.

Thanks to deadlines and a few other things not been for a run in a few weeks.
10k today in the morning, stomach causing me problems all the way through. Yesterday's dietary choices while grand at the time have backfired massively.
Since then have felt very poor.
