2024 #38/100. It was a warm evening but there was a nice breeze. It was going well until I entered the final mile. Suddenly, the inner lining of my shorts pushed under my pants and fused with several pubic hairs. This caused a painful pulling motion on the gnads with every step. This was very unpleasant. I had to do some emergency pubic hair plucking to solve the situation. It was bloody sore. -Ralph Perhaps it's time for a... bit of a trim, Doctor. I did so with some scissors when I got back home. I've never had your nipple problems. -Ralph I only ever had them once due to foolishly soaking my tshirt in water, and it's a common problem for runners. Electric shocks and needed to pull out pubes are not. |

Does speed affect nipples? You tend to go fast but I am more of a slow jogger.

It's where the body generates its own localised electro-magnetic field which causes any unkempt hairs to stand proud thus becoming trap-hazards particularly when wearing a poor choices of under-garment. |

In all seriousness, was struggling during hiit tonight and wanted to rest, but visualising a moment of motivation really helped me dig deep. So finding encouragement in stuff like a passers by thumbs up is good stuff.
