2024 Run #44/100. Deliberately slow and gentle this evening as I am not feeling physically great. It may seem counter-intuitive but I have found that exercise helps at such times so long as I am not trying to bomb it down the road.

Left ball shock as I set off. Severe sudden right ball shock during track 17 of the score for 'Superman IV: The Quest for Peace'. Almost stopped me dead!

FFS go to Primark, go to the bit where they have the sports clobber, usually fairly small and just buy a pair of shorts from there. |
