I go in shops. I see the only shorts there. I buy the shorts I see.

Get some shorts with the inner lycra, should fix your various ailments.

But shorts only come with netting. I read it somewhere on the internet.

But the lycra on these is on the inside, like the netting. No one would see it.

I would see it.
Had planned run this evening but I am on two antibiotics and wiped out.

Only poking out the bottom. Wait, maybe I should rephrase that.

Just on a whim popped into Primark to verify Turnbull's wild claim of net free shorts... I found many shorts. None with swim netting in.

2024 Run #49/100. Illness kept me inside the last week so it was nice to pop out for a late evening sojourn. Quiet. No-one about!

2024 Run #50/100. All was going well on a 5-mile circular until mile 2 when the strange bubbling in the tummy started. Some trapped wind? I ignored it.
The real trouble started around mile 3 when I was seized by a sudden and uncontrollable urge to poop. But why? It was then I realised I had last pooped two days before. Oh no.
I kicked up a gear, but this was a terrible mistake. For the faster I moved, the more the tummy bubbled and the bummy gurgled. I slowed down and that seemed to help as I thought of England.
However, by mile 4 my vision had constricted to a narrow circle of poo-vision. I wasn't going to make it! I was going to have to jump in a field and poop.
But that was impossible!
The fields were full of cows!
Bastards.
I then had to stop, for all the motion was making it worse. I half-walked/half-skipped home and screamed: "EMERGENCY POO!" at my wife instead of the usual greeting before diving up the stairs and slamming my arse on to the loo at the last possible second before involuntary rear-entry.
Phew.
Or indeed: poo.

Well, where's the unexpected appearance at a dogging site? Marauding cows? Belly light blinders? Exploding balls and/or bottom?
You can't just go *running*, your public demands more.
