The fact they are releasing two versions of this as the trailer is just a reissue (right?) is really encouraging. You'd have thought they'd just go for the big box.

Trailer has been re-engineered to allow the control tower to serve as a mobile drone at the cost of the launcher mechanism. We were told the trailer was toast previously so I'm guessing it was a ground up redo. Roller has also been modified so his 5mm port is on a pivot You can just about see the Contol Tower's wheels in this pic |

That, and Roller being in his cartoon colours and having that silly light on top (rather than adding the tank attachment from the first UK annual...). Martin |

Ironically, while they've gone full Sunbow with Roller, the axe and the Matrix, the detachable unit does fit well with the Ark revival scene in the first Marvel US comic.

Welk the idea for this set is 'more articulation' and the only way to do that for the trailer is to have the drone detachable, I imagine. Also the general trend away from play features. -Ralph |

It's just a different play feature. You can now take the tower for a drive by itself!

So why leave the pegs on the back of roller? There's no where for them to slot in to!
Would also benefit from coming with a few micromans painted up like spike.

I think the knob on the end of the repair base slots into the hole behind roller's back seats. The grey pegs just go down the sides.
