I'll wait for the inevitable fixed re-run. Not paying full price for a mis-assembly. -Ralph I had a look at Phil's in-hand and, to be honest, I really wouldn't have been able to spot the mis-assembly had I not known. I think it is probably one of my favourite of the various Optimi we've had recently. It is a very decent attempt. I'm not personally much interested in owning one, but I can see why it is proving so popular with folk.

I was umming and ahing over this one. Do I really need yet another Optimus Prime? He's so expensive. And I just bought two of the reissues. Yet, I have been collecting all the Studio '86. But that backpack is not exactly screen accurate. Then I saw more pictures online and succumbed.

From what I'm seeing online a lot of these have QC issues - a common one appears to be the head/neck assembly being too stiff. Just what you'd expect from a premium price toy!
