Coo. I remember that. You know, I was only standing in Sainsburgeries last night looking at the cereal aisle lamenting the fact that you don't get cardboard tat in them these days. I almsot posted about it. Plastic tat I don't care about, but we used to get top stuff in cereal boxes. Like the Doctor Who comics in the Colin Baker era. I still have those. And the Back to the Future ones. I would easily buy a cereal no matter what it was if the back of the box had a backdrop and the boxes came with cards in.

Ive been thinking.
If Morn had dared to tell his Mum he didn't want to go to her Birthday party, the Federation would have lost.

You know when NuTrek eventually winds down (hopefully not for some time!), I actually look forward to watching all the series in chronological order. Discovery being split will make it really interesting.
Enterprise Discovery S1-S2 SNW TOS TAS Movies 1-6 TNG Movie 7 (Generations) DS9 Movie 8 (First Contact) More DS9 Movie 9 (Insurrection) Voyager Movie 10 (Nemesis) Lower Decks Prodigy Picard Discovery S3-S5
...that is a lot of Trek that happens between Disco S2 and S3. Like... The only Trek that's outside of that (so far) is Enterprise. Maybe I'm weird, but that seems like that would be a bit fun.

It pisses me off that Paramount+ now has a "Star Trek Animation Celebration" section after they cancel and delete Prodigy.

This was... unexpected.
From the mind of Casper Kelly ("Too Many Cooks," "Star Trek: Short Treks"), "Star Trek: very Short Treks" celebrates the bold, the silly, and the unusual across the animated universe of Star Trek.
Cast (In Order of Appearance): Ethan Peck (Spock) Pete Holmes (Captain) Cristina Milizia (Knickersonian, Dream Woman, M'Ress) Bonnie Gordon (Computer) Eric Bauza (Antedian, Ass Face, Screwhead)

And who thought it was a good idea to put that drum beat under the DS9 theme for season four? That is... Rubbish. Still, Worf.

Last night my daughter was reading about how evil Nestlé is ("we're absolutely not even eating Kit-kats anymore") and got to the stuff about formula milk in Africa. In a moment that will make me proud forever she compared it to The Dominion and Ketracel White.
I feel like I must be doing something right
