To be fair, so were most the other third series Mini Autobots.
I mean, Windcharger had magnetic arms to pull in Decepticon foes and crush them, or send them flying into space. What does his chum Tailgate have? A magnet on his front bumper in car mode that enables him to be towed along by other cars and so save fuel.
And Pipes? How powerful are those mighty cannons on his arms? Well, according to his tech-specs they can dissolve a two-inch thick slab of steel... in ten minutes! Handy in the thick of battle or what?
Dunno if it was still Budiansky writing them at that stage, but I think whoever it was must have been having a little joke.

3.17pm, Glasgow Central. BUT! Probably a good idea if I check into my hotel and dump my bags first, so might be more sensible to meet up a bit later as that's quite boring for folks.
Up to you though!
Edit: Congrats on your 25,750th post, Andy.

Andy will definitely be our pointman on this one. I shan't be through until nearer five pm (assuming a 3.30 finish and that I make it down for the five to four train). I shall coordinate with Andy by mobile telephonic device once I am en-route to arrange rendezvous with thy good selves.

As ever (despite having no mobile myself, and although I have never needed to use them to date), mobile phone numbers would be much appreciated. My luck with smooth-running trains must run out one day! Martin

Our shop has the retail equivalent of a royal visit next Friday. The bad news is this means five days on the trot preparing for it and on Friday itself I don't finish till 7. The good news? I get that rarest of gems- a Saturday off. Woohoo!
