Well known fact that curries are often rich in heavy elements, which means after a large Indian lunch your centre of gravity will be lower than usual because they're exerting force downwards. So running would be a struggle because your body thinks your stomach is somewhere down round your thighs. It knocks your balance out.

I ate nothing but easter eggs and pizza on Monday. Tuesday was nothing but easter eggs and curry.
