And a correction to an earlier report it was Alistair Darling and not Jack Straw that both myself and good Doctor saw. We both knew who we meant though.

I feel almost as if I should perhaps essay a Neh-heh-heh-heh-heh laugh over the quiz. It will go up somewhere on this forum later in the week for people to see the unintentional evil that they missed/escaped.... (Karma appears to have balanced itself though, inasmuch as I have ended up with the wooden spoon in the Yomtov Factor and now the X4 trade lurks in my to-read pile..
It was a great weekend as ever - it was great to see folks again and as usual it was a lot of fun. I seemed to have dodged the bullet on unwellness, having been no more ill than I was before the weekend, and I have developed a little bit of a taste for the Crabbies alcoholic Ginger Beer.
I have enjoyed a quiet afternoon and evening watching a few cartoons and things before the return to work tomorrow.

It will await a moment when I am sufficiently steeled before the covers are opened. The Ginger Beer is most palatable. Very sweet, so very much something to savour a pint or two in a sitting, but a very nice flavour and eminently drinkable. Karl |

Ahahaha... I have just un-packed, courtesy of Nick, the Saudi Arabian (made in China) lip balm... which I have just noticed is 'cherry' rather than clear which means I shan't be using it however cold the weather. But! Comedy English translations from the Arabic:

"For dark & cracked lips... quite smoking."
"To get natural pinky lips apply beetroots juice before going to bed."
