BANG! BANG! BANG! went the door this morning, waking me up. I went to answer it and no-one was there. A few minutes later BANG! BANG! BANG! again. It was the postie. I opened the door. He gave me mail that usually fits through the letterbox fine and cheekily laughed. "AH HA HA! THERE YOUUUUUUUU AAAAARE! AHAHAHAHA!". I gave him the finger.

I was also overjoyed to find some mail sitting on the mat outside the door when I got home. 'Fuck' and 'sakes' being the appopriate response.

The local service has been hyper-shit since approx last October. I've had it with Royal Mail. If they were privatised tomorrow, I would no longer care. -Ralph |
