If you constantly get shite service from royal mail, complain each time.
They do compare complaints to the rounds and will if there are enough change the person doing it.
I have a mate who is a postie and he says the worst rounds to get are the ones where there are loads of old folks houses as they complain about everything and anything!

My comics turned up, taking longer to traverse the UK than an SAL package took to get here from Japan. Shockingly, a 1st class package posted yesterday actually turned up today.

I now (fingers crossed) seem to be getting mail now, even if it takes longer and the current postie likes to knock rather than put things through the letterbox which fit.
However, my latest BT bill was not sent to my current address. It went to my last address. Which I have not been at since November 2009. I only know this after a confused phone call from the parental units!

It begins again. Twatted ebay seller decided to ship via a courier rather than RM (I usually avoid sellers who use couriers like the plague as getting stuff from is usually impossible). I found a card lying in the close. Putting it through the door was apparently too much effort. Can't redeliver to another address ie work. Sat delivery requires bending over backwards and giving them much cash. So Saturday morning I must find their depot. 10 miles away. Appears to be off the bus routes.
Of course I assume this is for me. There is of course no name on the card just the flat number. Arseholes.
