Those sets have been shelfwarming for over a year and are regularly clearanced.
I gave up on the line to as series 3 was so hard to find and Lego minifigs are everywhere!

I'll certainly get the 11 Doctors mystery bags if they ever surface.

It was while dismantling some CB and Lego sets for storage in the same session that it became stunningly obvious how much poorer in quality the CB bricks are. I merely had to graze the TARDIS with my fingers for it to fall apart!
I saw the Dalek saucer for £7.50 recently in Tesco and couldn't be bothered. I have rather lost enthusiasm for the line though sighting series 3 minifigs exactly once probably didn't help!

They have been appearing regularly around here, and also seem to be selling as every time I go ion search of a Sontaran they are sold out.

Considering how threadbare the distribution on s3 was, I don't expect to ever see these on shelves!

I noticed Tesco finally had them back in this week, but now the Kreos have vanished.

Well the original giftset was easily available for long enough and at least they made 11 one of the super rare ones anyone who hasnt got enough 11s has a major addiction.
Making 10 rare is a bit harsh though, as the only other Doctor most kids will know, since ecclestones episodes are getting on a bit now.

I'm disappointed that the new set isn't dramatically different. There's not even a new version of each one in the box, is there?

I thought they had different outfits than the box set ones? Mine are in storage so don't have them to hand to check.

From the article: "The question is... Who will be the first to collect them all?"
Well, statistically... probably no-one unless they're very determined and have a lot of disposable income or a second job selling Character Building minifigures.

They do!
I'm hoping someone has got the wrong end of the stick and these are actually chase variants with the Doctors in the box evenly packed.
But there again this is character who seem keen on self destructing their toy ranges

But there again this is character who seem keen on self destructing their toy ranges I'm pretty sure that is the ratio of the chase varients, Phil. Someone has already got several boxes of the single baggies and has posted that they found that the doctors were equally packed / maybe with a slight bias towards the new three.

Well, it could be worse. Instead of the ultra ultra rare chases being varients of the doctors... they could have been previous companions.

Shockingly, the Doctor blind bag wave has popped up in FPE. Astonished to see new Cb product actually appear.

Been seeing Series 3 everywhere I go now. Shelfwarming too. 18 or so months a bit late maybe.

Oh Character, indeed. Scooby Doo cb figs are now more common.
I scored a series 3 Dalek today. It will be the only time I buy from that wave.

I found the blindbag figures and got a first and third doctor!
I slso found the box set. While some of the new ones are nice, it is a bit shocking that they are all not new decos (as far as I can tell). What is CB playing at?!

Self-destructing what was initially a successful toy-line, alas! -Ralph It's boggling! Such a rookie error! I mean it's not like the original set is hard to find, or it is impossible to think up new decos! Mad! Mad!
