Fair enough. It is a real headscratcher for a retailer to announce a date and time for lots of restocks but neither to specify to potential customers what they are or where they can be found on their webstore. I...don't get it. Surely providing that information would get you sales?

I'm so glad that my local FP has started to stock the Generations figures - it means I can happily ignore Kapow now, except maybe in emergencies. An odd state of affairs to find myself in, since I've been using them quite happily for at least the last decade, and they were one of the best. But they've clearly got problems, and are unwilling to talk about them or admit to them, so right now confidence in them could only be lower if they were being overseen by the Cabinet...

Lots of tales being shared online at the moment. Their biggest problem is their inability to master customer service or how to actually deal with complaints which is making people angrier.

having no end of trouble getting my star wars electro purge staff toy, pre ordered ages ago, no invoice, requested one, paid it and then no contact.

I did manage to reach a satisfactory conclusion on my Kapow item.
They didn't charge me for Arcee when they couldn't fulfil the MMC one I ordered. They also sent me a broken but mostly intact MMC Roadbuster for free, which I have contacted MMC for replacement parts, cost me $25 all in. Very satisfactory.

I had a large pre-order from May which arrived missing all the Wave 2 deluxes

I contacted them twice on their form and tried to call a few times with no answer. After over a week i posted on FB and it is now getting sorted. I've used them since 2005 but now I'm stopping. Too many issues

Kapow have been putting up armloads of stuff from the last few years this week. Astonishing amounts. They say they're restocks but they've put up over forty different listings since Monday. Someone somewhere's been clearing a warehouse.

A fair whack of their 'new' stuff has sold out already though: UW Computron and Selects Star Convoy went in minutes. ER Megs last a couple of days. From their point of view, there's no need to have discounts.
