First time I have seen the new logo and thought it worked.

I picked it up. Be warned. Though it is a bumper sized issue it is not structured like a double-size story. This was clearly meant to be issues #1 and #2 and at a late date the two were stuck together so it reads a bit bumpy as I was unaware of this going in. It is ok though felt curiously flat though I can't put my finger on why.

Is there enough content coming out for it to be monthly at the moment? Are Titan publishing any Who titles other than the 13th?

Titan are still pumping out DW comics at a fair lick. Combine that with the UK edition being quarterly or bi-weekly for a few years and there could easily be a monthly title.
I honestly don't know how Titan UK's newsstand department stays in business. All their titles are quartley or bi-monthly!!!

What's still ongoing then? I thought the 10/11/12 stuff had stopped for 13 to make way. Have they all started up again?

They still have a lot of those series left to run due to falling behind with their low publishing frequency as well as the 9th Doctor ongoing after the first story, the 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th and multidoctor stories. Possibly even the digital only Cornell 1st Doctor story and FCBD material.
They could go monthly now and get a couple of years out of the unprinted back catalogue running alongside the new stories.

I think if they'd seen any milage in the classic Doctor titles they'd have tried that a long time ago. I used to hope for that. I think the fact there's a new doctor to boost sales is just about keeping the book off life support in this country. Seems to be doing better in the States.

It's a death spiral. Publish a comic on a low frequency and it bleeds readers.

Certainly did me. Took way too long to get to the end of the year two stories.

I think the UK newstand comics, is very much a secondary market for Titan. It's the only way to explain their behaviour.

The title still lives! It's moved on to printing the 13th Doc issues. Titan being Titan it is still bi-monthly.

I meant to say, I saw it in Smiths the other day.
Soon it will be Titan's only US format title as the DC ones are all going...

I'm intrigued by the news in DWM that John Ridgeway is drawing a comic about Omega to follow the four-part mini being done about Lytton. That could be quite something.

The Lytton comic...does not look good. Therefore, I will buy all 4 issues.

There's a small error there too - the article says the artist has drawn Strontium Dog for 2000AD, which made me sit up. Having checked - he hasn't. He drew a Stront strip for Dogbreath. www.barryrenshaw.co.uk/credits/

Quick question on the off chance someone here knows the answer...
In Smiths quickly earlier and spotted they had a Titan comic on sale - one of the Missy stories. But it was listed as issue 7, and I thought the Missy stuff was a four issue limited series? Or do Titan in the UK reprint them differently or something? Google hasn't helped as it keeps bringing up the limited series.
Cheers,
Jonathan

Titan have been putting out newsstand DW titles for several years now but it's long since become difficult to follow them due to random rebooting of volumes and an irregular schedule.
