With James saying out soon - I expect it to be listed up in the next 2 months. Maybe this time IDW have decided to get it totally finished & ready to print before listing it with the last one having to be delayed for almost a year. I'm sure James must of got fed up with people asking him why v5 was being delayed again.

I think that might be a bit optimistic if Roberts is tweeting about doing research interviews now. That implies the text content isn't written yet.

Or it's additional material on top of what has already been done. In this day and age can be very quickly dropped in to the dtp file for printing.
Still a couple of months away anyway, just purely based on solicits, but at least it's on the way!

I've pre ordered Wreckers but it's been put back a month. I was hopeing this would be out by Oct16. But wiht the page count - what is going to be in it?
not counting the extra stuff just issue range. I know James could just post it but we could have a guess.

No guesswork, it'll contain the Epilogue/Prologue of Big Broadcast of 2006 [issues #180/181] and go up to Fall and Rise of Decepticon Empire [#214].

A US news site states it'll print all from 175-332 & annuals 5-7. but that is more pages than the page count of the book. But they do state they have no details to base this on.

News site is wrong, trust me, I scanned a lot of comics for this book. Has the stories I mentioned, plus the 89/90 annual [green cover, PM Prime V Megs].

I've posted on the news site that the book would need to be 800 pages to have everything in it with the hints of the extras we have too. The page count for the B&W stuff is more than the page count of the book (v6)

What are Amazon like with TF releases these days? Is it worth pre-ordering or should I just wait for the Book Depository or someone to have it?

I would pre order on Amazon but as it gets close to Amazon's release date have a look on eBay and Wordery and see if there's a cheaper copy there.
