Don't sell your MPs, Shockers. You'll regret it eventually. I know MP is in a stylistic mess at the moment, it vexes me greatly as well, but binning them all will only lead to pain.

I hadn't thought of the combination of the New Age figures with Seige Omega, but now that's something I really want to see.
Got my eye on their Cosmos. Just waiting on one of my regular eBay sellers getting him in. Harry is also high on my list too, but again I think only one of my usual go-to sellers has him, so I'm waiting for a couple of others just so I can see where he's cheapest.

You're RIGHT! I know you're right... All it takes is a bit of a Sunbow watch and... well nothing else would do... I'm not getting anymore though, other than a Jazz. I must keep them. I don't think I actually could bring myself to move on my glorious Dino trio... Quakewave... Soundwave... And I need to STOP buying loads of these 'small scale' G1y. They're all subtly different scales. Need to stick to one size aesthetic. And so far Newage is out in front! |

Some further thoughts on Newage Harry.
The car bonnet body section extends some way back from where his shoulders connect. It's ok, just interesting. There's a post where his launchers connect that looks odd without the launchers in place. Now I've always liked Prowl with launchers, but you would struggle to have this figure without launchers if that was your thing. The bonnet-chest section, interestingly, has a slight downward tilt in robot mode. I've never seen that before, it's a very distinct design feature. His door-wings have an extra hinge allowing them to be tilted upwards. AND HE HAS ANKLE TILTS! Stunning engineering on a figure so small. The sloopy down chest is a very interesting design feature. I like it on this figure. It would be interesting to see it on a larger car-bonnet-chest-former.

There is! I mentioned it above, Bluestreak and Smokescreen versions are shown on Harry's instructions. They have different launchers, Smokescreen's wheels are on top of his shoulders, and they have new heads.
Do you hear what I said?
I RECOGNISED THE DIFFERENT HEADS!!!

The instructions are smallish but glossy and we'll made. There is no doubt who they're supposed to be. And yes they are named- Murphy and Maverick. The instructions imply Blueshift is Murphy.

NEWAGE MAX aka COSMOS!
Newage keep blowing me away with their little figures! Max is another winner! He really is a 'Mini-Masterpiece' style G1 Cosmos! Beautiful figure, well built, surprisingly complex yet pleasing transformation, nice plastic. He is SUPERB! My only tiny gripe, and it is tiny, is that he looks a 'half-scale' larger than Harry and Flipper, Newage's Prowl and Bumblebee. He's rather rotund, which is very G1 and cute, but he just seems ever so slightly out of scale with the other two. It's the head too, Max's head is larger than Harry and Flipper's, which makes him look out of scale. It's not a deal breaker though! He's really lovely and will look amazing with Siege Omega Supreme. Looking forward to Newage's upcoming figures. I love this tiny G1 scale!

Wei Jiang oversized Masterpiece Ratchet came yesterday.
They do something a little different with the stomach area and the tires which make the figure look less square at the front. A great improvement, and the chap is a fairly massive beast, taller than the recent Dai Atlas.
Very happy with this fellow.

I felt that too. Planet X's FoC stuff is usually really nice, but that mould didn't look good to me as Ironhide or Ratchet. I meant to check if it was based on game art or an interpretation.

I think it's based on the game, as I've seen cut scene footage with Ratchet. It's not an attractive design.
