I *think* over time the Judge Dredd one got ahead of both, but I've honestly lost track of what's in the shops and when, so it may happen eventually. But yes, it's not a perk of subscribing to get both early, as you get both month's releases bundled together rather than sent individually. And as it's free shipping it seems churlish to complain about that. So it's not unreasonable to expect it ahead of the second release but not the first of that month IMO.

Correct. That's how both Hachette and Eaglemoss work with their partworks. You usually get the subscription slightly before the release of the second volume that month. Andy I'm only going by my experience with JDMC, which is the weekend before the release of the first volume you get. But fair enough. |

Got my box today - tin plate and issues 7 & 8.
Didn't come with the replacement for issue 1 that is shrink-wrapped on the newsstands, and 7 has a dent in the cover. Standard for when they ship in these useless big boxes.
Not really too impressed with this tin cover thing either. Same scratches on each corner that I've seen from others.
Won't pursue a replacement for that though as its pretty useless, but have used live chat on hatchette site to request new 7. They said issue 1 was sent separately just this week.

I logged into my account as I need to cancel my subscription and pay for what I have already received, but my profile on their site contains nothing. No address details, no orders, no subscription. This is strange. The only information is my email address.

Did have a mess up with mine - but I only need to be getting #7-10 from them but got this email back, so the box just had my first name & street name on it
We have amended the address. With the parcel that was sent, looks like the house number was not included.
Please notify us should you not receive the consignments by Friday, so we can replace them should you not receive them.

Thought I'd better look since everyone else was talking about addresses, and yeah mine had changed to: E Tom <street name only> <postcode only> messenger chat dude said he'd corrected it. So dumb since they have my correct details on the Addresses page, and on JDMC. I think the #1 shipped at the end of last week, as will have my requested replacement for #7. Who knows whether they will get here. What a shambles! |

Last week Hatchette sent me a letter saying that my bank account had declined their payment, and I owe them about £30. I haven't had chance to sort that out yet, what with one thing and another, but today I find they've sent me the replacement Target: 2006 anyway. Jolly nice of them.
At least they haven't screwed up my address...

Tried to cancel my sub via the website, got a confirmation e-mail addressed to someone else and with a different sub code than mine. So I've possibly cancelled someone else's sub, sorry Mrs Sinnott.

This all sounds absolutely horrendous. I haven't had any of these problems with the Dredd series. Just the dented corners due to the crap packaging.
