No, but the conversation we were having on call related to where the Short Trips were released in relation to Disco so....
I think Martin has seen the material Children of Mars relates to

Right, Martin needs help. What's all this stuff about the USS Defiant in the mirror universe? The only Defiant I know was the one in DS9, but this is something from Enterprise (which I haven't watched), isn't it?

It's from THE THOLIAN WEB in TOS season 3 which also featured in two late episodes of Enterprise.

Martin As others have said, originally in an episode of Star Trek, later followed up in two episodes of Star Trek:Enterprise. As a further historical note Defiant was one of a number of Constitution Class Starships lost in the performance of their duties. (A fate alarmingly common to the class in those early years of the Federation). Karl

No, Phil, no. They are the nadir of that show. Not even I can defend them. *evil scowl* -Ralph Agreed. Season 4 was largely Enterprise's strongest season, but those were the worst by far. Almost as bad as DS9's mirror shlock.

I really enjoyed the final four episodes of season 1. So good to have Michelle Yeoh back. And to find that all the stuff early on actually had a point to it, and the characters that I didn't care for initially were never intended to stay the way they were at the start.
