These three choices are all very, very different toys!
Ignoring size and play value and just going on the quality, then Gnaw would win.
But Sky Lynx is of course the most superior Transformer in absolutely anything! In fact I don't know how nobody has worked out that he will be the universe's saviour in Infinity War 2 yet.

All things which didn't have a natural home elsewhere As a walking non-humanoid, Sky Lynx could have been up against Trypticon, and Gnaw could have been with the other Movie bad guys in that rough price range (Cyclonus and Scourge), or opposite Wreck-Gar as a non-Cybertronian species, and Predaking could have been with the other combiners... but there's no clear right/wrong approach to take.    Predaking and Sky Lynx both have strength 10, Gnaw 7. Sky Lynx is the most intelligent (8), Predaking 5, Gnaw 3. Sky Lynx has speed 10, Gnaw 4, Predaking 2.5. Sky Lynx has endurance 10, Predaking 8.5, Gnaw 8. Sky Lynx has rank 9, Predaking 7.5, Gnaw 2. Sky Lynx has courage 10, Predaking 9.5, Gnaw 8. Predaking has firepower 9.5, Sky Lynx 7, Gnaw 5. Predaking and Sky Lynx have skill 8, Gnaw 5. Sky Lynx is the best, and he won't shut up about it. Shame we never saw him in fight any Decepticons in the comic. Martin |

I'm going to say something now... and... and I don't want you to all be mad...
But I don't get Sky Lynx. I never have. He's too odd... silly looking. And his Techspecs is poor. Why have someone who's "self-centred" and "boastful" as rank 9?!
Gnaw doesn't look as good as his Generations update. And his Techspecs is fairly weak.
Never owned or seen a Sky Lynx or Gnaw.
Predaking I did own, but moved on. I liked him. Huge imposing combiner. Even amoung CHUG. Interesting to look at. The lion head on his chest, the wings on his back, gun on his arm, guns on his feet. Yeah, good figure. If only G1 Devastator had been this size. Yeah, Predaking it is.

Huh. That is actually a good character write-up. Makes the character far more interesting.
And no, I have no idea what an 'Attack Sentry' is either. Could it be a sentry, who will leap into action when attacked? As oppose to other sentries who, er, wouldn't defend themselve....

Oh wow. This is going to be incredibly hard. All three of these are faves of mine in different contexts. Gnaw is brilliant because he's Gnaw, I love Sky Lynx's toy because it's so unique, and Predaking is the best combiner that isn't called Bruticus.
All so different, all so brilliant. Arg!

This is indeed a tricky choice this week. A strange assortment, but there are indeed no suitable homes for them elsewhere, and since they are all in their own ways oddities of a sort this is kind of perfect anyway.
Until recently Gnaw was the only one I'd held in my own hands ever, courtesy of a friend at school who had family in the US. (Yes. One of those people. But actually with the credentials to back it up.) The conjunx has a reissue Sky Lynx who I have since fondled, and yes, even in that the shuttle's plastic is oddly cheap-feeling.
But on a pure looks point of view... well bereft of being next to his component parts Predaking looks much less interesting. The other two... are pure nonsense. A tubby robot shark and a weird dinosaur/cat/shuttle thing... I'll need to ponder on which of them to choose. Because visually, they're both great.

I'm going for Predaking here as a) he's the only one of these I've ever handled and b) I find him visually most interesting. |

Generations Sharkticon looks better than G1 Sharkticon. I have NOT held one though, and would obviously like to one day, but the update looks better than the original.
