I can only comment on the supreme magnificence that is Siege, and even then not all of it, but what I can comment on I will. Lazy start to boxing Day here, so-
Best Siege Delux-
No, it's not Prowl. I am very pleased to have the Prowl, and it's not a bad figure by any means, but he has flaws, gappy flaws.
So, the best Siege Delux- award goes to-
RATCHET!
He pips Ironhide by a whisker. At last, a decent accessable (well, if you have a Texan cyber chum) CHUG Ratchet. And in many ways the Ratchet/Ironhide mold encapsulates what I like about Siege, nice robot mode, nice detail, and a funky not Earth/not Cybertron alt mode.
Best Siege Voyager-
Trickier, because I do like the Strike Tetra jet mold. It's. It's not perfect, but a decent voyager Starscream and pals is fab. And I love Soundwave, love him. But no, the best Siege voyager is-
Optimus Prime.
Nice all-round Prime. Wish he had a Matrix chamber, and a Siegey trailer whilst we're wishing for stuff, but he's pretty darn good.
Best Siege Leader-
None. Only have one, Shockwave, and I really like him. But the price jump for a bunch of stuff is too steep. Astrotrain looks similar. At least Magnus does something decent with his stuff...
Best Figure 2019-
Only one option really. The beginning... and the end...
Omega Supreme.
He's the best Transformer figure EVER.
Long Live Siege

SIEGE
Battlemaster It's probably Rung. But mine hasn't turned up yet so I'll say Pteraxodon. The guns are good, but a bit samey. Lionioser needed different colours and definitely a differently coloured repaint. Micromaster Spy Patrol. Battle or Rescue Patrols if pushed for an actual MM set Deluxe - Normal Deluxe Impactor Mirage & Sideswipe are rather nice too. - Weaponiser Cog Voyager Apeface or Springer. Not a great year for Voyagers. Megatron was OK, but not as good as TR Tank Megatron, Op was close, but not close enough.Soundwave and Starscream both had great robots but poor vehicles Leader Ultra Magnus. The Op was good too. Astrotrain tries me and the base won't lie flat. Shockwave should have been the inner robot but bigger. Store Exclusive Yes, there were a few!!!!! The Micromaster Box, Ratchet and G2 Sideswipe all stand out Generations Select Zetar. Wobbly start for selects withsome bad QC on the POTP repaints and odd choices for Siege's but seems to hae found the right levellater o
STUDIO SERIES: Voyager SS-38 Optimus, the only SS toy I bought. The 2 pack version is better
CYBERVERSE: Scout: They were all dreadful half transforming abominations Warrior: Shockwave, the only Cyberverse I bought. I would have bought some of w3 (Hot Rod, Prowl, Soundwave) or the Gnaw but never saw them. Spark Armour Battle Class: Sky-Byte would have been bought if I'd seen him Spark Armour Elite Class: Grimlock would have been bought if I'd seen him JAPAN: Legends: Star Convoy - unexpectedly improved nearly everything that was wrong with POTP Leader Op Masterpiece: Didn't buy Exclusive: Can't think of much other than Star Convoy, above, or the Big Powered set, which was a little disappointing. Lots of stuff teased for 2020
GENERAL Worst Toy: ANY Cyberverse Scouts. Dreadful. Who wants a Transformer that only Transforms half way? The Buyers Remorse Award For The Worst Toy You Bought: Chromia: hard to get, not as good as the POTP limb, broke Jetfire - just somehow a bit Meh in hand. Why limit the swing wings? Best Toy: OMEGA SUPREME 2019 Toy You're Most Looking Forward To: Sound Barrier, Ironworks, Grapple and Optimus

Oh yes I forgot the Siege cassettes are 'Micromasters'. Ravage is the only questionable one, the others are superb. As is Boomer. But LASERBEAK is the star of the show. Utterly superb figure. Please do a Buzzsaw in an accessible timely way, Hasbollocks!

Boomer lives in Omega.
I did end up with, err, the Deception Miltary patrol? Only way to get Rumble and Ratbat? Youngest spotted them and now they are Megatron's Minions (who secretly want to be goodies, of course).
And don't forget, I have my mainly illegal 'Small Scalers'!

I will! Although, was it suitable for an eight year old girl of sensitive disposition...? I'll have to check... I always ensure that all TMUK publications are suitable for a family audience as I don't want to get in trouble with any parents!!! (And I know one guy whose kids always get the fanzines first!)

Worst thing: no stores selling Siege Skywarp. Can't buy a set no one sells!
Buyer's regret: Bumblebee Movie Soundwave Energon Igniter. My only toy from that range. Utter trash. Feels cheap and nasty. Been a long time since I chucked a toy straight in the bin. Not even Poundland quality. £8!

Like I said, blame it further up the chain. Hasbro UK, actually probably Hasbro Europe, failed to deliver it to Amazon in the UK and Europe while Amazon's exclusivity on the set was asserted by them and Hasbro worldwide.
The exclusives this year have not been fun. Too many and nowhere near as easy to obtain. For the last 10 or so years everything has been relatively easy to get from UK suppliers via Hong Kong. Now..... If you want to make something an exclusive, fine, but make sure everything has a channel to reach fans in all markets and make sure those channels are supplied. Skywarp had a home, it just didn't get supplies there, the MM 10 pack and Rainmakers 3 pack didn't even have that here and couldn't be got. Ratchet was in the same boat, but got bought in off the shelves.

Right then. Now I'm finally back home, let's give this a shot.
WAR FOR CYBERTRON: SIEGE
Battlemaster - Pteraxadon. Just because I found him on holiday and got him before most other people. A first! I am an awful person, yes. Micromaster - Laserbeak. Always a soft spot for a Laserbeak. A soft, fleshy spot for him to dig those talons into. I'll talk! I'll talk! Deluxe - Normal Deluxe - A close second for me would be Impactor, for reasons of Impactor. But it'll have to go to Skytread because he's such a solid figure in-hand, and very well executed. - Weaponiser - Another close one for me between Sixgun and Brunt, because they're both great designs. But I'll have to go with Sixgun for the overal design, colour-scheme and the fact that he basically turns into a decent-looking jet pack for figures. Voyager - Starscream. Despite his chest-piece issues it's still a gorgeous-looking rendition of the character. And he turns into a Viper from BSG! Fantastic. Leader - A close one this, between Shockwave and Ultra Magnus, because both of the smaller robots are so very well done. But Shockwave's "leader upgrade" parts are obviously not as coherent as Magnus', so this one goes to Magnus. Also because I had no intention of buying this Ultra Magnus, on account of how much I like the Combiner Wars version, until I played with it in hand and saw how good the smaller, "White Prime" robot was.
Store Exclusive - Ratchet. There's no other answer. (Although G2 Sideswipe does look very nice.)
Generations Select - Don't actually own any, but since I have the original Shockwave and just because of the dumb concept it would probably be Galactic Man!
STUDIO SERIES:
Deluxe - Hightower. Scrapmetal would also be close, since he's a good, solid figure, but I have a soft spot for figures that have a non-humanoid robot mode. Voyager - Bumblebee Optimus Prime. A near-perfect update of the original Optimus Prime, but with updated engineering and detailing for now - blows Siege Prime and its Sunbow-accuracy clear out of the water. Leader - Dark of the Moon Megatron. So much character. He's gone on so many journeys with me just because of how good he is to photograph.
CYBERVERSE:
Scout: - Windblade. A really good, solid version of the character, and you can even get an almost-jet-mode form out of her, too. And yes, Scraplet is of course a very close second. One Step: - Hot Rod. Because it's just better than the warrior class. Warrior: - Breast attack Soundwave! Ultra: - Shockwave. Just such a good execution of the character. With a surprise fifth leg! (Not a euphemism.) Ultimate: - I'd say Optimus Prime, but I'm also fairly sure he was from 2018..? Unless I can put the Ark Power Prime in this category, purely because it comes with an Ark.
Spark Armour Battle Class: - Sky-Byte. As is well-documented, I have my issues with Car Robots/old-RiD, but his shark mode is joyous. Spark Armour Elite Class: - Optimus Prime. Spinny plane backpack!
BOTBOTS: Oh gods, why did I bring this up. I've got to choose from about TWO HUNDRED now...
Single pack: - Hamurai. It's a leg of meat, and when transforming the bone pulls out to become a sword. I mean. 5 pack: - Series 2 Music Mob, because of Grampiano. FINALLY a Transformer that can turn into a piano to recreate one of the greatest scenes from Target: 2006! 8 pack: - Series 2 Spoiled Rottens - it's got Big Cantuna. It's a can of rotting Tuna. And if you've not seen Gav's sexy (and Kei Zama -approved) interpretation of this you've not lived. Special pack: - SDCC pack. Just a great little concept. And we finally get a Botbot Optimus Prime! Well, someone cosplaying as Optimus Prime. Which is even better.
JAPAN:
Legends: - No idea. Masterpiece: - MP-36+. I dunno if that counts, but I got it in 2019. A horrifying transformation, but the chrome and toy-accurate face sculpt is SO GOOD. Exclusive: - Star Convoy. Wasn't sure why I was bothering given how much I liked (and indeed still like) my Reprolabelled PottoP Prime, but this works just so well. And the smaller robot head sculpt is perfection.
GENERAL
Worst Toy: Ectotron. Which is a shame. Really nice vehicle mode, but such a boring transformation and robot mode. Very disappointing. The Buyers Regret Award For The Worst Toy You Bought: - Cyberverse Warrior Class Hot Rod. Actually not my fault, it was the conjunx that wanted this one. But the car mode is boxy and shite and the "flame attack" is so poorly implemented that he shrugs slightly and plastic bits limply drop out the top of his arms. Disappointing. Best Toy: I actually can't decide. I've basically had a lot of fun with all the toys I mentioned above, and they're all good in their own ways. I know it's a cop-out, but if I had to pick only one to have forever... I couldn't. So I won't. Although Omega Supreme's pretty damned good. 2020 Toy You're Most Looking Forward To: Scorponok. I mean. Come on. But the final figures to make up Studio Series Devastator are a close second - I've always loved that movie design.

WAR FOR CYBERTRON: SIEGE
Battlemaster
Aimless. The only one I bought, apparently
Micromaster
High Jump
Deluxe - Normal Deluxe
Sideswipe, by a whisker over Ironhide Ironhide. Just realised Sideswipe came out in 2018...
- Weaponiser
Six Gun from the point of view of the play pattern, but Brunt is a better robot
Voyager
Springer. Bit fiddly, but okay when you're used to it, and pushes the right nostalgia buttons
Leader
n/a (but see Generations Select)
Commander
Jetfire. He's the only candidate, but oh my he deserves a mention
Titan
Omega Supreme. See previous entry
Store Exclusive
n/a
Generations Select
Galactic Man Shockwave! They really committed to that, not just a dark grey Shockwave but with Galactic Man actually written there on his chest. Beautiful.
STUDIO SERIES:
Deluxe
Dropkick. By default, but he's also pretty interesting
Voyager
BB Optimus. Lovely robot mode. Don't fancy transforming him too often though.
Leader
n/a
CYBERVERSE:
n/a
BOTBOTS:
n/a
JAPAN:
n/a
GENERAL
Worst Toy: The Buyers Regret Award For The Worst Toy You Bought:
Select Swoop is a huge disappointment after the greatness of POTP Swoop, mostly down to quality control issues, but to give POTP Swoop his due the blue and darker grey work really well after all
Best Toy:
Siege Sideswipe. Would never have guessed it this time last year Omega Supreme. Wow.
2020 Toy You're Most Looking Forward To:
From what we've seen properly so far, Ironworks. But I have a good feeling about Scorponok and will we see that Armada Op in 2020?
