Frobisher reappears from time to time, he even made it into a Big Finish Dr Who audio. Did he really? I'll have to track that one down. He also reappears briefly in one of the 8th Doctor paperbacks.

It is well worth a listen - title is "The Holy Terror" and, as a bonus not only does it have Frobisher in it but it is written by Robert Shearman so the writing is cracking as well. Karl

In Your Own Words 4 is great. The Gary Downie bits stick out like a sore thumb. Must pick up the "In their own words". I've stopped getting DWM generally but I do make an exception for some of the specials. Karl

Variable, though Colin Baker joins the Time Team as they watch the last two episodes of TRIAL OF A TIME LORD and for that reason this is THE GREATEST MAGAZINE EVER MADE.

DWM have put out another splendid 'In Their Own Words' Special, this time covering 1987-1996. Thrill to Pip and Jane V Cartmel, learn which supporting actor thought he: "looked like an arsehole" and once again regret that Gary Downie passed away just when he was getting interesting.

I went on a mighty walk in the local area today trying to find a DWM. Eventually, I found one copy in the same newsagent which is also the only place that sells the UK TF comic. It is a bringer of much joy.
DWM reports that The War Games DVD will be a 3-disc affair with shedloads of extra gubbins.
I also brought my own 'no new DVD's' rule and picked up the Battlefield DVD. I needed some cheer.

New DWM (#406) has a 12-page article in which Sir Andrew of Pixley goes into mind-boggling detail about the Dalek series that never was. Fun mocked-up artwork to go with it. Yay.
Also nice to see the late John Scott Martin get some love elsewhere in the issue.

In other news, I bought Doctor Who Adventures #107. Hadn't bothered with it since #1 but I had to buy it because it comes with UNIT BERET AND UNIT DOG-TAGS.
And the UNIT BERET is ADULT SIZED. I wore it on the train!
I shall wear it to the GI Joe movie! And so will Andu.

And so will Andu. -Ralph Not only does it fit adults but it fits me too (I am assured by some colleagues that they aren't entirely sure whether I qualify as adult or not). I actually still have a number of Who VHS' releases in my house, more than a few of which originally came from Ralph's. I have divested myself of some of them recently, and must get rid of some more that I have replaced with shiny disc releases. But until the DVD is not only out but in my ownership The War Games remains firmly ensconsed on my shelves. Karl
